STI College Iloilo - Mission Road, Jaro, Iloilo City- congratulates STIErs who participated during the 2011 TSSSAI IT Week last September 13, 2011. STIErs Maria Lourdes Eslabra (NCIV-2), Leinald Dela Cruz (NCIV-2), and Jerrick Marc Zamudio (NCIV-2) won 2nd Place in Programming, while Michael Angelo Soriano (NCIV-2) ranked 3rd in Web Design. Mr. Mike Guipo served as coach for Team STI.
The Change I Want to See Begins with Me. I am Citizen STI
In celebration of STI’s 28th Anniversary, the
mission of Citizen STI to become catalysts of positive change in our
institution, our communities, and our country continues to live on.
The theme “the change I want to see begins with me” calls
for a challenge to each and every individual to initiate a transformation
within ourselves. From little deeds such as picking up litter, being
consistently on time to following simple rules – these small feats mold our
behavior, institute our lifestyle, and eventually pave the way towards
socio-cultural evolution.
For change to happen, we need to change the way we think and
act. Let’s begin the change today!
STI College Iloilo holds Leadership Training.
STI College Iloilo, member of STI Education Services Group,
held a Leadership Training at Nes and Tat’s Beach Resort in Oton Iloilo last
August 20, 2011. The training was attended by the NSTP Class and the different
Officers of STI College Iloilo Academic Organizations. The training design
focused on STI’s Anniversary Campaign – I am Citizen STI: The Change I Want to
See Begins with Me. This one-day training was facilitated by The Ten
Outstanding Students of the Philippines Alumni Association (TOSPA – Western
Visayas).
